Wheat Attu is a quick and easy recipe made with whole wheat flour, rice flour, herbs and spices.

Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 Egg
2 Green chilies, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt as needed
1/4tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
3-4 Curry leaves, chopped
Water as needed
Oil for frying
Method
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, egg, chopped green chili, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Add water as required, using a whisk mix it well with no lumps. The batter has to be flowing and thin like dosa batter.
Heat the pan on a medium high heat. You can sprinkle few drops of water and check if it is hot and ready.
Stir the batter in the bowl and pour a ladle full of batter in the center of the pan.
Immediately begin to spread it evenly starting from the center in a circular way in clockwise direction to make a thin crepe.
Once the base becomes golden or crisp, then flip and cook the other side.
Cook the second side also till crisp and with some golden spots.
Serve wheat dosa immediately with chutney of your choice.
