If you’ve ever been to Türkiye and had a cup of their famous tea, you know it’s an experience like no other. It’s a staple in Turkish cuisine.

1. Boil Water: Fill the bottom teapot with water and bring it to a boil on the stove.
2. Prepare the Tea: Put 2-3 tablespoons of Turkish black tea leaves into the top teapot.
3. Add Boiling Water: Once the water in the bottom teapot is boiling, pour some of it into the top teapot over the tea leaves. Fill the top teapot about halfway. Leave the remaining boiling water in the bottom teapot.
4. Simmer: Place the top teapot back on the bottom one, and let the tea steep for about 10-15 minutes on low heat.
5. Serve: Pour a little of the strong brewed tea from the top teapot into a Turkish tea glass. Then dilute with hot water from the bottom teapot to reach the desired strength.
6. Enjoy: Serve the tea with sugar if desired & some Baklava.
