Mango Boba

Delicious Mango Boba drink which taste so amazing and is pretty easy to make as well. If you happen to have never heard of Boba before, it’s a type of drink that originated in Taiwan and can be anything from a milky tea drink to a fruit smoothie.

Method

  • Take a wide vessel, boil water and add tapioca pearls until they float.

  • Boil for 15 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.

  • Drizzle honey on the cooked Boba and refrigerate until we use it.

  • In a blender, add Mango pieces and Milk. You can add sugar if needed. Blend until smooth.

  • In a serving glass, add 3 tbsp of Boba pearls to the bottom and top it with the mango smoothie.

  • Stir with a wide opening straw and serve.
