Hyderabadi Bagara Annam

Ingredients

1/2cup Onions, sliced

3 Green chillies, slit lengthwise

1/2tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 Dalchini chekka

1/2tsp Shah jeera

3-4 Lavanga

1-2 Biryani leaves

Salt as needed

Curry leaves

Mint leaves

Coriander leaves

1.5cup Basmati Rice

3cups Water

Oil as needed

Instructions:

Heat oil in a kadai, add whole garam masala.

Add green chillies and onions. Fry till the onions turn golden brown.

Add Ginger Garlic paste.

Add 3cups water & salt as needed.

Add Coriander leaves & Mint leaves, mix well & let the water come to boil

Add Basmati rice & mix well. Cover the pan.

Cook until rice is cooked and all the water is absorbed.

Serve hot with any spicy curry.
