With Halloween around the corner, this Spooky Taco Dip recipes is perfect for your Halloween party.
Ingredients
1 can refried black beans
1 packet Taco seasoning
2 Avocados
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
4-5 tbsp Sour cream for spider web
4 tbsp Shredded cheese
2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
6-8 Olives, sliced
Corn Tortilla chips
Method
Mix the refried black beans and taco seasoning in a bowl to combine.
In another small bowl, mash the avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper powder together.
In a baking dish (I used a 9-inch pie dish), begin by spreading the bean dip across the whole plate.
Spread a layer of guacamole on top of the bean dip.
Add grated cheese over the edge of the dish. For garnish, use chopped tomatoes and sliced olives.
Add sour cream on top, using a piping bag to draw a spider web shape. (If not making the web, you can spread the sour cream over the top of the guacamole.
To make your spider, place one whole black olive in the center of the web, then slice the other olive into 8 thin strips to make the legs.
Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips.
