Ingredients
For the filling
1/2 lb Ground Chicken
1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tbsp Black Pepper powder
Handful Chopped Green onions
Salt to taste
For the dough
1 cup All purpose flour
Pinch of salt
Water
1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
To make the dough
In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt and Oil.
Add water and knead it into a smooth dough. Keep aside.
To make the stuffing
In a mixing bowl, add ground chicken, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, green onions and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
To make the Momo's
Divide the dough into equal small portions. Roll each portion thinly into a circular disc.
Take a dough disc, wet the edges and place a spoonful of chicken filling.
Pinch edge of the Momo sheet and start gathering pleats. Move along the edge till you make all pleats.
Repeat the process till all the dough and the filling is used up.
Place the Momo's in a steamer.
Steam on high flame for 12-15 min.
Serve hot with Chili Oil.
